Four piece punk rock collective Bad Waitress has released their second single of 2021, Too Many Bad Habits, and the “working class battle cry” did not disappoint. “This song is a cathartic expression of the frustration that emerges from constantly teetering on the edge. It’s screaming into the faces of the devil and angel whispering in your ear,” Bad Waitress told Brooklyn Vegan, a multi-genre music blog who premiered their track alongside its music video. Overdriven guitar licks, high energy instrumentals, and strong satire are no stranger to Too Many Bad Habits or the rest of the Bad Waitress discography. Hailing from Toronto, Ontario and originally named The Nude Dogs, Bad Waitress signed to Royal Mountain Records in 2018. Their first EP “Party bangers: Volume 1” was released shortly after the signing and is a true testament of the snarky, punk edge those of Bad Waitress hold near and dear to their hearts. Kali (she/her), Katelyn (they/them), Moon (they/them) and Nicole (she/her) use their infectious energy to create an empowering, inclusive and positive environment for all to rage out.
